April 6, 2007 A BEVY OF RAGWATER UPDATES Big updates are brewing for Ragwater this month as we have re-vamped the website (as I'm sure you've already noticed) and are putting the finishing touches on our new full length album due out in late spring on SwampRag Records. We are also tentatively planning a tour of the UK and possibly Spain for October of this year which we are anxiously awaiting...In the meantime we'll be out and about this summer promoting the hell outta the new album and spreading the junkyard Ragwater gospel. Annnnnnd, be sure to check out the Gallery page for fabulous new Ragwater photos being added weekly! December 16, 2006 FINALLY! an update! First off- Happy Holidays Everyone! Things've been a little crazy here in the Ragwater camp over the past few months, we've been finding ourselves playing out more and more and having less time to devote to the little things like updating the website and cleaning the house. In November we had the pleasure of playing a full set on-air at the KDVS studios in Davis, and thanks to those lovely folks recording it for us if you'd like to hear a couple samples from the show we've got two up on our LISTEN page just for ya! Oh, and those are two brand-spanking-new songs of ours as well, hope you like 'em!....and speaking of new songs...we've decided to take a short break from playing out during the month of March in order to record a full length album which will include some of the old favorites and a bevy of brand new stuff, we figure it's about damn time! January 11, 2006 We Made It!! More Shows Too!!
Well, we said goodbye to Kansas City a month ago and made it out to our new California home in one piece!! Tomorrow night is our debut show in San Francisco at the Makeout Room, 3225 22nd St. (in the Mission), so be sure to come out and sing along, we'd love to meet ya'll in person! Ragwater will be going on first a little after 9. We've also got another show coming up on February 16 with Rykarda Parasol and Matty Rue Morgue at Amnesia (also in the Mission in SF). More info to come.......

We are busily finishing up our EP, 'Dear Beautiful', that should be ready for purchase in early/mid September. Next month we will be making a trip to lovely New York where we will be spreading the gospel of Ragwater and doing a photoshoot for the upcoming EP with the always wonderful Symon Chow (you might remember the amazing work he did for Rasputina's last album...).
