Hey Sailor! Ordering Information
The Hey Sailor! hat shop runs on a safe and secure PayPal shopping cart system. You do not need to be a PayPal member in order to purchase items from our shop, PayPal allows you to easily and securely make purchases without having to sign up for their services.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
When you place an order please plan ahead and allow sufficient time for delivery. All of our items (with exception of our one-of-a-kind items) are made to order, please allow between 2-3 weeks for delivery. For items that are special orders, please allow between 3-4 weeks for delivery. Delivery times may differ if your item is being shipped international. We have one flat shipping fee for all orders regardless of how many items are purchased: for orders shipped within the US the flat shipping fee is $12.00; shipping to Canada is $13.50; for international orders the flat shipping fee is $15.50. All orders shipped within the US are sent via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. All orders shipped international are sent via International First Class Mail.
USING DISCOUNT CODES:
If you have a discount code that you would like to use with your order, please EMAIL US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER with full contact information and a detailed list of the item/items you wish to order. We will then email you an invoice through PayPal with the discount reflected in the order total.
