This fabulous tiny topper hat is called the 'Queenie', it may be small but it's a hat fit for any Burly-Q queen! The Queenie features rhinestone studded feathers adorning the back in your choice of black or red, billows of chenille dotted veil encompass the brim and poufs of black flirty feathers top the hat off. The base of this hat is a miniature black felt top hat, it is worn on the head with the help of an elastic hat cord that hides under the hair and is pulled around the bottom of the head near the nape of the neck (see detail photos).
